I left a message on the Monday morning and was contacted in the evening. The company sent someone out on the Wednesday of the same week to clean my bin after it had been emptied, I was impressed that they were able to send someone out with such short notice (and super happy as the bin was smelly!) The bin was thoroughly cleaned and left smelling fresh.
Payment is in advance and easy to set up, I will be having both the refuse and recycling bin done once per month. Overall the process of organising and paying for this was smooth, easy and I am pleased with the results.
